During track use, the factory-fitted CV boots on BMW G8x are prone to cracking, which can cause grease leaks, exposing the CV joints prematurely.

This is especially likely when the car is fitted with an aftermarket exhaust, or simply when the engine has been tuned.

BMW's answer to this well-known problem is to fit CS/CSL driveshafts, at an exorbitant cost of over €2500. MMX offers a smarter, more economical alternative that provides the same level of protection without the costly replacement of the driveline
