Millway Rear Upper Control Arm BMW M3 M4 F80 F82
On track, when cornering loads increase lateral forces, the original rubber bushings are known to flex and compress, causing deviations in geometry.
This creates a feeling of instability and blurs your perception of the rear axle's behaviour. In this case there is only one solution: stiffen it with spherical bearings.
Recommended for those who want to run slicks and enjoy maximum grip.
These parts, designed and manufactured by Millway in Sweden, correct these shortcomings with classic but proven choices:
- Lightweight, strong materials (anodised 7075-T6 aerospace aluminium)
- Motorsport-quality spherical bearings
- Optimised weight
Note: to fit spherical bearings to a complete F8x chassis, 2 pairs are required. See diagram: corresponds to ref 90460-2
The other reference corresponds to the toe arm.

Team Lupos' view:
If you don't do track days, this type of part will be of little use, as you cannot load the suspension on open roads the way you do on track; it will bring additional noise and vibration through the chassis. Sport bushing-type solutions will be more appropriate (but too fragile on track)
