Do88 Intake Manifold BMW M3 M4 G80 G81 G82

This do88 manifold/intercooler is designed for the latest-generation BMW M cars powered by the S58 engine.

If you push your S58 beyond its factory settings, on track or after a remap, this is for you!

The basic problem:
The original air-to-water cooler is integrated into the intake manifold, with a tube-and-fin core crimped onto plastic end tanks: a compact but fragile construction. Under high pressures and temperatures (track days, high power outputs), the system quickly becomes saturated, IATs rise, the ECU may cut power or enter limp mode, and the plastic manifold may crack. The original direct injection also limits fuel delivery when you want to move to high power outputs or E85, often forcing you to drill the intake to add port injectors.

The do88 solution
do88 has completely redesigned the assembly: a 127 mm (5") Bar&Plate air-to-water core — 62% more core than OEM — for far superior heat transfer, combined with cast end tanks designed using CFD and 3D prototypes for even distribution and real durability. The manifold is made from high-pressure-resistant aluminium and incorporates a specially machined thermal barrier spacer to limit heat transfer from the cylinder head. Everything is designed to be plug-and-play, with easier access to the oil filter (no more removing the manifold at every oil change).

The manifold comes ready for port injection: AN-8 rail included, compatible with Injector Dynamics ID1050x and short Bosch EV14 injectors, 1/8" NPT port for methanol/nitro, and a 3-port NPT pad, etc.. in short, the door is open to your wildest power ambitions!
