Complete differential (or limited-slip differential) riser kit for BMW M3 and M4 (including Competition and CS versions) F80 F82 generation

One of the known problems for F8x track drivers is that when the car is significantly lowered, leaks at the oil seal tend to get worse, and the diff cooling fins tend to get damaged in compressions or when the car runs over a kerb with its centre. These problems also apply if the car is used on the street only,

The solution is to raise the differential using an anodised aluminium kit and a set of bushes, along with a pair of eccentric mounts.

The Millway design team chose a mounting that is not solid but still street-oriented, to preserve comfort.

As an option, you can get the tool that allows the subframe-side bush to be press-fitted

Benefits:

• Raises the differential by 10mm
• Improves driveshaft alignment on lowered cars
• Adds a 4th mounting point to the differential to limit its movement

A little tip from Team Lupos:

"When running slicks or very high-performance semi-slicks, a huge amount of stress is transmitted to the driveshafts, and the splines in the hub can end up twisting... which means replacing the driveshaft, the hub carrier and the hub!! So before breaking everything, think prevention! ... and as a bonus, the feeling of traction is sharper."
