"RBF600 for occasional track use: 2 to 3 times a year, it will do the job. RBF700 if you're a regular on track. With these fluids, flush at least once a year, but remember to flush frequently: even if the fluid hasn't absorbed moisture yet, it "cooks" with repeated temperature rises."
