When it comes to improving fuel delivery on your N55, the original pump very quickly reaches its limits.

These plug-n-play Dorch Engineering pump kits support approximately 550 and 650 wheel hp respectively (depending on configuration, engine management, ethanol content and tuning strategies).

No cutting, no improvising, no hoses to crimp: the kit is complete, fits in place of the original pump and is controlled by the DME, exactly as if it were the factory-fitted pump.

The highly successful “Dorch Stage 1” (DS1) has been replaced by
the latest DS15.

This new pump is the “Stage 1.5”, completely redesigned and optimised from top to bottom.

Externally, we have updated the pump packaging to improve hose routing for an even easier installation.
for easier installation. Internally, the pressure chamber, springs, plunger and sealing system have been reworked and optimised.

It is now a pump capable of running at 250 bar.
It is a complete, ready-to-use kit supporting up to 550whp
on E10 fuel (this figure can vary considerably depending on the tuning strategy and ethanol blend).

Please note: the engine management must be updated; the options are available with MHD or Bootmed3 – simply tick the boxes for the correct pump version before flashing your map.

Note that, if needed, Dorch engineering will modify your .BIN file to suit your modification, free of charge for all customers.
