Tier determined by the revenue (excl. VAT) ordered over a rolling 12 months. Every new partner starts at Road tier. Tier upgrade applies from the order following the threshold being crossed; tier reviewed once a year on the anniversary date. Price applied = tier in effect at the time of order, with no retroactive invoicing.
