The purpose of these general terms of use (the “GTU”) is to provide a legal framework for the terms under which the site and services are made available by MT Performance and to define the conditions of access to and use of the services by “the User”.
These GTU are accessible on the site under the “GTU” section.
Any registration on or use of the site implies the User's acceptance, without any reservation or restriction, of these GTU. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these GTU by ticking the box preceding the following text: “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the GTU and I accept them”.
If the User does not accept the GTU set out in this contract, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered by the site.
www.teamlupos.fr reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these GTU at any time.

The site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.
Non-member Users do not have access to the reserved services. To access them, they must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their identity and contact details, in particular their email address.
To access the services, the User must then log in using the username and password that will be provided after registration.
Any duly registered member User may also request to be unregistered by going to the dedicated page in their personal account. This will take effect within a reasonable time.
Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, shall not engage the liability of www.teamlupos.fr. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.
