Nico's 135i E82

On my first outing at the Bugatti circuit, I had prepared my notes on the racing lines and memorised the layout so I wouldn't get lost (I promise 😆).
Straight to the downsides: the brakes. I made a strategic mistake at the start of the year by choosing Ferodo DS2500 pads. Even with drilled discs, braided lines and high-temperature fluid, they don't last more than 4 or 5 laps. It's not a disaster, but you lose consistency. So different pads are needed, and Team Lupos gives reliable advice on that, especially given how the car is now used. Why not consider brake ducts to cool everything better?

Everything else is positive. The car is sound, not tricky, with ideal handling for a beginner. No engine overheating issues, with a maximum temperature of 116°C and stable.

In conclusion, I'm completely hooked, is it serious, doctor?

In 2024 at Magny-Cours, after one year of upgrades, the lap time dropped by another 8 seconds. 😊
