On modern Porsches, increasing camber is desirable for track use but is limited, because rear toe quickly falls outside the recommended adjustment ranges.

Rear toe adjusts the alignment of the rear wheels to ensure better road holding, increased stability and optimal traction in high-speed corners.

Removing the rubber bushings and having an arm adjustable beyond what the standard eccentric bolts allow are the 2 conditions for a setup fully suited to track use, and go hand in hand with suitable camber.
