FERODO DS3000 Brake Pads BMW M3 E36

The DS3000 is a very widespread pad in the competition segment (rally / circuit / GT or single-seater).

With a higher friction / temperature profile than its little sister the DS2500, it leans slightly more towards circuit use.

When cold, it is in the same range as the DS2500, making it suitable for near-daily use.

Recommended use =

Street performance or occasional circuit / trackday (2 to 3 times a year) / Ring driving

Mike's take: "The DS2500 being a bit limited for someone who drives on track 2 to 3 times a year, and the RS29 being more expensive and less "street", I think the DS3000, which I tested on my E92, strikes the right price / performance compromise. All the more so as this is the version for standard calipers."
